The Arts & Heritage Center - The full event space accommodates 275, with multiple layout options available. Space can be divided into two separate rooms with a capacity of 175 & 75. Finishing kitchen and patio are exclusive to all full event space rentals. The Event Space is an open vendor event space which allows you to bring your own food and beverage on site, which includes alcohol. All events serving alcohol are required to provide JCPRD a Liquor Liability Insurance document 30 days prior to the event.
Full Event Space (275)
Per Hour - 2 or 4 hour minimum $300
Per Day - (business hours) $2,400
Per Weekend - Friday1pm-0 pm and Saturday 9am-midnight $4000
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
After hours staff fee per hour $40 (minimum of 3 hours required)
*After hours includes any hours rented outside of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
*Upon signing your contract 1/3 of your total rental cost is due, this is non refundable if you were to cancel. This amount will be applied to your total rental fee. The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit 0f $500 is due 30 days prior to your event.
