    Bring the family to Ernie Miller Nature Center on Sunday afternoons this winter for entertainment and educational experiences. Programs are presented by park naturalists, park police officers, and volunteers. Presentations begin at 2 pm and are approximately 45 minutes to one hour in length. Ages 2 and under free.   1. Virtual Program - Apocalypse Now?

    This virtual program examines past examples of apocalyptic artwork and literature, and in turn looks at our own era. Special emphasis will be given to the works of art created by the community and featured in the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center’s “Resilience, Reflection, Rebuilding: Artists Respond to COVID-19” exhibition, on display through January 22, 2021. Partnership with National Art Bridges Foundation, and Johnson County Community College.
