  1. Friday Family Programs - The Good, the Bad, & the Smelly (All Ages)

    July 17, 2020, 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM @ Ernie Miller Nature Center

    Bring the family to the Nature Center at Ernie Miller Park on Friday evenings this summer for entertainment and educational experiences. For more information, call (913) 826-2800. Each program is approximately 45 minutes to one hour in length and begins at 7 pm. Advanced registration only. Space is limited. 1 - 45 min. program - $3 per person by advanced registration only. Children age two and under are free. Due to construction this summer these programs will be held in the Nature Center instead of at the amphitheater. THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE SMELLY (July 17) - Take a different look at some of the not-so-glamorous animals around such as spiders, snakes, and skunks. Learn why they are important to our lifestyles and environment. Live snakes and spider will be displayed.
