The property features unique lodging and large event accommodations beautifully situated on 22 rolling acres and adjoining more than 600 acres of  parkland. Located just minutes from Kansas City in Edgerton, Kansas, Mildale Farm is sure to meet your every special event need and provide the ideal setting for you and your guests to create lasting memories.

The property boundaries are lined with approximately five miles of striking three-rail white fencing and sits along U.S. Highway 56, and 199th Street. Upon entering Mildale Farm you are welcomed through the property gates on a 20-foot wide primary driveway that meanders within the property featuring approximately 2,500 linear feet of antique brick paving stones. The property also includes nine man-made fishing ponds, including two that are between five and seven acres.

Equestrian-Style Barn
 

The centerpiece of Mildale Farm is the 8,672 square feet barn featuring soaring beams, a center cupola, dormer windows, hand-laid brick floors and a masterful wooden interior.  Designed with an equestrian motif, this unique peg constructed barn has few mechanical fasteners and includes restrooms, a catering kitchen, and has partitioning capability. Reception is only held at the Equestrian-Style Barn.
 

Estate House

This fully furnished, 3,354-square-foot brick home, constructed in the Williamsburg style, features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, family room, 2 fully appointed kitchens, dining room and a recreation room. The home accommodates up to 8 overnight guests.

Cottage House

This fully furnished 1,249-square-foot cottage style home features 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, a living room, and a fully appointed kitchen. The home accommodates up to 4 overnight guests.

Full Rental Package

            24 Hour -      $3,500

          48 Hour -       $4,500

          Per Hour -     $375    (Monday-Thursday) 

Estate House

          24 Hour -     $2,500

Cottage House

          24 Hour -     $800

Estate and Cottage House

          24 Hour -     $3,000

*Refundable Damage Deposit     $500

    Approximately 1/3 of your total rental fee is due upon signing the contract
