The 2/3 Event Space at the AHC is the perfect location for your next event! We provide tables and chairs for up to 175 guests. When renting the 2/3 Event Space you have shared access to the patio and finishing kitchen. This is an open vendor facility which allows you to bring your own food and beverage onsite, that includes alcohol. We do require all events that serve alcohol to provide JCPRD with an Alcohol Liability Insurance.
Per Hour - 2 or 4 hour minimum $200
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
After hours staff fee per hour $40 (minimum of 3 hours required)
*After hours includes any hours rented outside of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
*Upon signing your contract 1/3 of your total rental cost is due, this is nonrefundable if you were to cancel. This amount will be applied to your total rental fee. The remaining balance and refundable damage deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to your event.
