New Tropical Luau event for ages 2 & 3 is July 16 at Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse

Young children can take a tropical trip to the clubhouse during a new special event being presented in mid-July by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Physical distancing and COVID-19 safe practices will be observed during this program.

This event is called Tropical Luau. Participants will enjoy a morning of flowers and fun including a snack and take-home craft. To find this program in the My JCPRD Activities catalog and online listings, browse first under preschool and then under special events. In the catalog and when using the website’s advanced search, look for the keyword “preschool.”

This Tropical Luau will take place beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, at the Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse, 9101 Nall Ave., Prairie Village. The cost for this one-hour event is $6 per child for Johnson County residents or $7 per person for nonresidents. For more information or to register, call (913) 831-3359.
