arents can have an evening to themselves while the kids have a fun-filled time during an early July program being planned at the Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Physical distancing and COVID-19 safe practices will be observed during this program.
This program is called Kids’ Night Out, and is for ages six to 12. Participants should bring their swimsuits! Activities will include playing outdoor water games, making ice cream, and more! Kids’ Night Out will take place beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 10, at the Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse, 9101 Nall Ave., Prairie Village. The cost for one three-hour event, including dinner, is $13 per person for Johnson County residents or $15 per person for nonresidents.
