Retro Storytime: The Ookpik Book

Preschoolers love stories from long ago, read by a special guest from the 1950s All-Electric House! Meet Ookpik the Arctic Owl in this Golden Shape Book from 1963. Learn about life in the arctic, then make a snowy owl to take home. Pre-register online or by calling (913) 831-3359 or purchase ticket at the front desk on the day of the event if space is available. Available as a field trip for groups - call for more information at (913) 715-2570. Recommended for ages 3-5 with an accompanying adult.
