Trout Stocking - Kill Creek Park Lake Closed

Kill Creek Park will be stocked with 1,600 pounds of trout and the lake will be closed until Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8 am.

Kill Creek Park will be stocked with 1,600 pounds of trout and Shawnee Mission Park will be stocked with 3,800 pounds. After the fish are stocked, the lakes will be closed to all fishing until the siren start at 8 am on Saturday, Feb. 25 heralds the beginning of the 2023 trout season. JCPRD permits and Kansas State fishing license required. Purchase JCPRD permits online at JCPRD.com/permits.
