Screener Booth - $250

Price increases to $265 after July 8, 2022.

Secures your company (1) booth space at the event to promote your product or service. Screenings must be age related and offered the entire event.

Health screening vendors may include, but are not limited to: blood pressure checks, bone density scans, eye exams, vaccines (flu, COVID-19, etc.), mental health assessments, safety/functional ability assessments, dermatology screenings, etc. 

Other opportunities: 

• Boxed Lunch - Approx. price $12-15/each - Please select if you would be interested in purchasing a boxed lunch (sandwich or salad option) to be delievered to your vendor space on event day.
• Swag Bag Inclusion - $125 - Provide swag for event bags to be distributed to up to 300 registered participants. Swag may include but is not limited to: magnets, water bottles, coasters, hand sanitizer, etc). Print materials not included.
• Company Commercial - $225 - Pre-recorded 2-3 minute spotlight by company representative. Spotlight included in one 50 Plus e-newsletter pre-event and hosted on the event webpage through the end of 2022.
• Promotional Giveaway - $1,500 - Company logo on all event promotional giveaways.

These options are available to those participating as a booth vendor, screener, or sponsor and are not available for individual purchase. Must be received by August 1, 2022.

All spaces to be an Event Sponsor are full.

Event Sponsor - $1,000

Must be received by June 17, 2022. 

• Your company logo or name listed as “Event Sponsor” on all Live Well Age Well marketing materials. 
• Organization marketing materials distributed in participant giveaway bags.   
• Opportunity for your company to choose the location of your promotional table.
• Opportunity to speak at event (i.e. 2-3 minute presentation).
• Verbal recognition at the event for your company as “Event Sponsor.”
• Sponsor Spotlight in one 50 Plus e-newsletter (8,500+ distribution) leading up to the event.
• Sponsor Spotlight on JCPRD 50 Plus social media page during the month of the event.
• Inclusion in email, sent post event, to all pre-registered event attendees thanking sponsors and providing clickable links and information.
