TimberRidge Spring & Summer Camp Programs
2023 TRAC Summer Camps will be viewable online January 20, 2023
Registration for Summer 2023 camps opens
January 30, 2023 at 6 am at JCPRD.com
Please make sure you have your login information ready and family members entered in the JCPRD ActiveNetwork registration system in advance. Our camps fill quickly once registration is open. Once registered you will receive an email with a link from our secure health and emergency portal, ePact, to fill out electronic forms for your child to attend camp. Forms must either be received in ePact or brought with camper on the first day of camp.
NATURE & SCIENCE CAMPS REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be granted for camps with the keywords Nature & Science only when all of the following conditions are met.
- A replacement must be available from our wait list or you must find a replacement.
- A written request must be received two weeks in advance of the camp week.
- Each request must state the reason for the withdrawal.
- These may be e-mailed to [email protected] or faxed to (913) 831-6336. No phone requests.
- Each canceled week is subject to a $15 processing fee to be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow two to three weeks to receive any refunds.
Nature & Science: Spring Break Adventure Camp
March 13 - 17, 2023 (Ages 11 - 13 years) $179 / $197 nonresidents Click here for registration
Come explore wild areas and find long forgotten trails. We will go canoeing, fishing, participate in team building and climbing at the Hawks Nest Tower at TimberRidge Adventure Center. Participants will need to bring a backpack with a nutritious sack lunch, water bottle, and comfortable all-weather clothing. The last day of camp we will have a cookout. Spring Break Adventures Camp will meet every morning at the Ernie Miller Nature Center. Programmed activities will take place at TimberRidge beginning at 9 am and return to Ernie Miller Park at 4 pm. For the convenience of working parents, supervision will be provided from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Activities may vary due to weather conditions. Parents will receive an email describing camp activities, a supply list, and a health and liability form in addition to camp forms which must be completed and returned one week prior to camp.
