Full Site Rentals
Both the Welcome Center and the Whispering Pine Shelter may be rented for those rentals either needing more room or wanting to make an event more intimate by renting the full space. Full Site Rentals have access to the area north of the ponds on the property. Temporary alcohol permits for 5.0 beer, wine, or champagne are available with a facility rental for an additional fee.
Outdoor activities are offered as an amenity to enhance different rentals on site. Hiking trails (with the exception of our challenge course) and fishing the ponds on site are free with a facility rental. We offer archery, bb guns, boating (canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats) and the climbing tower for an additional fee. Amenities can be mixed and matched to meet your specific group needs. Age restrictions do apply: Boating all ages, Archery & BB Gun ages 8 and up, Climbing Tower ages 12 and up with a signed liability and health statement
Special Use Permits
Occasionally organizations want more access to the site than the above rental packages allow. The full site can be rented with a Special Use Permit. These permits must be presented to the JCPRD Board for approval, so allow extra planning time for this type of event. Examples: Day camp use
