Welcome Center

Welcome Center at TimberRidgeThe Welcome Center includes a meeting room that accommodates up to 80 people, a kitchen, restroom facilities, and a large outdoor deck which wraps around the building, overlooking Nessie’s Lagoon. Temporary alcohol permits for 5.0 beer, wine, or champagne are available with a facility rental for an additional fee. See 2022 pricing.

Whispering Pine Shelter

Whispering Pine ShelterThis outdoor shelter has a limestone fireplace, attached restrooms, and can accommodate up to 200 people. We also have two gorgeous ponds for pictures and a wonderful view. Start the adventure of a new life together with us. Temporary alcohol permits for 5.0 beer, wine, or champagne are available with a facility rental for an additional fee. See 2022 pricing

Full Site Rentals

Both the Welcome Center and the Whispering Pine Shelter may be rented for those rentals either needing more room or wanting to make an event more intimate by renting the full space.  Full Site Rentals have access to the area north of the ponds on the property. Temporary alcohol permits for 5.0 beer, wine, or champagne are available with a facility rental for an additional fee.

Amenities

Tower with helmets on belay barOutdoor activities are offered as an amenity to enhance different rentals on site. Hiking trails (with the exception of our challenge course) and fishing the ponds on site are free with a facility Participant at archery targetrental. We offer archery, bb guns, boating (canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats) and the climbing tower for an additional fee. Amenities can be mixed and matched to meet your specific group needs. Age restrictions do apply: Boating all ages, Archery & BB Gun ages 8 and up, kid shooting bb gunClimbing Tower ages 12 and up.

Special Use Permits

Occasionally organizations want more access to the site than the above rental packages allow. The full site can be rented with a Special Use Permit. These permits must be presented to the JCPRD Board for approval, so allow extra planning time for this type of event. Examples: Day camp use
