SUMMER CAMP FUN
Crossroads offers a different way for pre-teens to experience summer. At this outdoor program, campers stay active with diverse field trips (pending KDHE travel approval), sports and recreation, community service projects, swimming (pending KDHE travel approval), and more. Campers will share experiences and challenges with friends, focus on healthy lifestyles, and serve the community. In 2023, Crossroads promises a one-of-a-kind summer.
Camp Duration: Eight 1-week camps
Starts: June 5th to July 28th (no camp on June 19th or July 4th due to the holiday)
First child: 145.00 (resident) and 160.00 (non-resident)
Two or more children (same family/week): 10% Discount
All fees are non-refundable
Camp Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Camp Shelters and Ages: Antioch Park, Shelter 1 - Ages 11 to 14
Camp Locations: Antioch Park 6501 Antioch Road Merriam, KS
Weather Note: Extreme weather conditions may occasionally require the changing and or cancelling of some outdoor camp activities
Camp T-Shirts: You will receive 2 shirts when you register for the camp. If you would like to purchase additional shirts please call registration at 913-831-3359.
JCPRD Summer Camp weekly swimming will be determined upon local pool availability.
Summer Camp Open House:
Summer Camp Open House will be held on Wednesday, May 17th at 7:00pm at the camps shelter house that you will be in attendance. We strongly encourage you to attend so that you can get a better feel of what is expected at camp. Camp policies, staff introductions, programming activities, and individual questions can be asked at this time. If you are not able to attend please read through the Summer Camp Orientation Slideshow.
