Engineering Structures Lab (Ages 8-11)
Learn about basic design and engineering principles in a hands-on way during this Lab. Build your own small structures individually as well as a collaborative large structure out of recycled, 3D printed and laser cut components.

Laser Cut Shadow Box (Ages 12-17)
Learn about laser cutting as you draw your own digital design for a custom DIY shadow box.
Students will need to bring their own laptop computer to this class capable of running a browser based program, no programswill need to be downloaded. Contact Fine Arts Coordinator, Ryan Bell with questions.
Cosplay Construction Lab: EVA Foam (Ages 12-17)
New! Learn how to draft patterns, cut, shape and finish foam components for cosplay with a
local cosplayer. Students will make one foam cosplay project based on the available examples using
of handheld cutting tools. No experience necessary.
Laser Cut Lamp (Ages 12-17)
Learn about laser cutting as you design your own patterns for a custom DIY wooden lamp. Students will need to bring their own laptop computer to this class capable of running a browser based program, no programs will need to be downloaded. Contact Fine Arts Coordinator, Ryan Bell with questions.
3D Printing 101 (Ages 12-17)

Sewn Circuits Lab (Ages 10-15)
New! Learn about electronics while making a piece of glowing, wearable art. Students will sew wearable electronic components onto fabric to make glowing DIY patches that can be worn on any fabric item. Prior hand sewing experience is recommended.
Maker Labs: Digital Fabrication (Ages 12-17)
During this Winter Break Camp, participants will get hands-on with 3d printing and laser cutting while learning the basics of these machines and the design tools needed to make something for them. Students will need to bring their own laptop computer to this class capable of running a browser based program, no programs will need to be downloaded. Contact Fine Arts Coordinator, Ryan Bell with questions. Both M-F and W-F camps will combine.
