Exercise: Virtual Chair Yoga

LOW INTENSITY: Take yoga off the mat and onto the chair, incorporating breathing with movement while retaining all the benefits of yoga. Use the chair for support if needed during standing poses. This class will take place every Tuesday for four consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend class at the scheduled time, you will receive a link to watch the recorded class at your convenience within 48 hours.

Special Interest: Grieving Loss During the Holidays

The holidays can seem daunting, stressful, and lonely while grieving. Come for this workshop to learn, listen, and share with others. This class will benefit any adult who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Clara Sainte, Program Director with Gilda's Club Kansas City will provide information about grief as it specifically relates to the holiday season, and you will have the chance to meet with others virtually who are grieving.
