In today’s diet crazed world full of fads and trends, it can be difficult sorting out how to lead a healthy life. Surely, if we watch what we eat and log 10,000 daily steps we’ll be healthy, fit and at our ideal weight, right? Not necessarily…our health is much more than what we eat and how much we exercise. Yes, these things matter, but so do many other facets of our health, such as who we are when we eat, the quality of our sleep and the burden of stress we’re carrying around. In this four-part series, we’ll explore the Four Pillars of Wellness: food, mood, rest & movement. Take the workshops individually ($15 each), or register for all four for $50.
