Keep your preschooler active and engaged with a variety of programs planned at Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse.  From playing in mud puddles, searching for insects, to meeting a fireman they are sure to have some fun, make new friends, and have grand stories of adventures to share!

Cooks and Books (Ages 2-5 with Adult)

Enjoy the reading of a favorite children’s book then make a tasty treat! Program includes snack.

Art: Oodles of Doodles (Ages 3-7 with Adult) 

NEW! Bring your budding artists for a mini drawing project just for them. We’ll explore different drawing materials and learn about lines and shapes while building on early learning skills during this mini class. Students will need an adult to attend class with them. Presented by  JCPRD Fine & Performing Arts Department.

Art: Petite Picassos(Ages 3-7 with Adult) 

NEW! Let’s paint like Picasso! During this pint-sized art class, we’ll learn about painting with watercolors, tempera, chalk and more. Students will need an adult to attend class with them. Presented by JCPRD Fine & Performing Arts Department.

Early Learning: Silly Sensory Walk (Ages 1-4 with Adult)

Explore the park with a group to find fun, and tactile ways to interact along the way! Limit of two children per adult.

Preschool: Snow Fun (Ages 2-5 with Adult)

Bring the fun inside and enjoy staying warm indoors. Listen to a story around the fireplace, and enjoy s’mores, cocoa, and a winter craft.

Preschool: Superhero Adventures Party (Ages 2-5 with Adult)

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s little superheroes ready for an epic adventure! This action-packed party will provide an unforgettable day of excitement, imagination, and fun. A famous superhero might even make an appearance! A themed snack and craft will be included.

1 - 1 hr. session - $12 per child / $13 nonresidents

Preschool: Be My Owlentine (Ages 2-5 with Adult)

NEW! Fall in love with the wonderful world of owls.   Meet live owls from Ernie Miller Nature Center, sing owl songs, and hear an owl story. A themed snack and craft will be included.

Preschool: Bunny Hop (Ages 2-5 with Adult)

Step into a world of wonder and egg-citing fun at the Bunny Hop. A variety of snacks, crafts, and activities will precede a small but fun egg hunt. Must register in advance.

NEW! Young aspiring paleontologists will love this program highlighting dinosaurs and fossils through stories and songs presented by Ernie Miller Nature Center. A themed snack and craft will be included.

Discover the many colors of nature and how those colors help animals survive. See a live animal from Ernie Miller Nature Center and learn how it uses color. A themed snack and craft will be included.

Family Fun: Family Adventure Quest (All Ages)

NEW! Get ready for adventure at Meadowbrook Park. This thrilling event is designed to ignite your sense of adventure, teamwork, and outdoor exploration. Use clues to solve puzzles throughout the park. Pizza and dessert included. 

1 - 2 hr. event - $12 / $13 nonresidents; per person / 20% discount after 3rd family member
