It's great getting to see the kids grow.
I enjoy working in a job I love in a park that I love! Working for JCPRD allows me to do fulfilling and important work by protecting green spaces in the county for all to use.
I enjoy hanging out with the kids and getting to know the things that they're into. They like to help us with stuff.
I like interacting with the kids and seeing how they develop as they grow.
I like meeting the new families and getting to know the kids and their personalities.
Getting to bond with kids and make relationships with them is rewarding to me. I've also met many friends on my staff and it's fun so it doesn't really feel like a job.
