With a small student to teacher ratio, our Teaching Artists are able to provide a personalized experience for every student. If you're looking to be creative, learn new skills and have fun then our programs are perfect for you.

CERAMICS ADULT

Ceramics Date Night! (Ages 16+)

Enjoy a special evening with your special someone as you do a one-time workshop exploring clay together. All couples welcome. Cost is per couple. Only one person of the couple need to register. No experience needed.

CERAMCIS ADULT

Ceramics (Ages 16+)

Clay provides an opportunity for problem-solving and creative thinking while making art. Teaching artists will design the class based on your interests and needs including hand building and thrown ceramics. Ceramicists of all skill levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Watercolor Painting (Ages 16+)

Beginning Watercolor: 
Learn tips and techniques to paint with watercolor paints. Students will explore watercolor painting with mini technical studies and one larger painting during this series. No experience needed, all supplies included.

Intermediate Watercolor:  
Learn nuances and more advanced techniques in this intermediate watercolor painting class. 
This class is intended for those who have taken basic watercolor class or have prior experience in 
watercolor and are looking to learn a bit more. All supplies included.

3D PRINTED STAMPS 2

3d Printed Stamps (Ages 16 and Older)

New! Make a stamp of your signature, initials or logo that you can stamp into your clay creations. Learn about 3D printing including printer anatomy, function, and 3D design while making your stamp. Students can take the skills they learn in this class and make more designs for 3D printing at area makerspaces. Students will need to bring their own laptop computer to this class, contact [email protected] with questions.

CERAMIC FAIRY HOUSE

Ceramic Fairy House (Ages 16+)


Make your own ceramics house for a fairy garden. You will learn hand-built ceramics and glazing techniques during this class.

VISIBLE MENDING

Visible Mending (Ages 16+)


Patch and repair fabric with decorative stitching to breathe new life & a pop of fun to an old item of clothing. Learn techniques for using an ornamental approach for mending garments during this two-part series. No experience needed.  All mending supplies included, participants will need to bring one or two clothing items to repair.

DRAWING ADULT

Beginning Drawing (Ages 16+)


Want to learn the basics of drawing or just work on sharpening your current skills? Whether you want to upgrade your journaling, improve the foundational drawings for your paintings or just sketch for fun; this class will walk you through the basic aspects of drawing. No experience needed. All supplies included.

HAND WEAVING

Hand Weaving (Ages 16+)


New! Get a start on weaving by learning the ways of weaving with this hand weaving series. 
You learn weaving terminology and the basics while making a beautiful piece of fiber art. No experience necessary.

Ceramics Sculpting

Ceramics Sculpting (Ages 16+)

We’ll focus on hand-building ceramics techniques in this short ceramics series. Work with different methods of sculpting ceramics, adding textures and glazing techniques during this series. Ceramicists of all skill levels welcome.

Groovy Art (Ages 16+)

We're channeling the groovy art of the 60s and 70s with a series of three art classes where you'll create a blast from the past!

CROCHET GRANNY SQUARES

Crocheted Granny Squares
Join us in our new makerspace while you learn this basic of crocheting technique and make your own granny squares to take home, ready to be turned into other projects or stay on their own. This class is perfect for beginners as well as those who know how to crochet but just want to have fun making this iconic project.

MACRAME OWL

Macramé Owl

Join us in our new makerspace while you learn the basics of macramé and make your own braided owl to take home, complete with wooden beads for eyes. This class is perfect for beginners as well as those who know how to macramé but just want to have fun making this iconic project.

Pet Rocks
