Heritage Park North Lakeshore Master Plan

The Heritage Park North Lakeshore Master Plan was developed by el dorado Inc. The plan was presented to the Board in February of 2018.  The CIP Committee will evaluate funding opportunities and present a recommendation to the Board during the 2018 CIP review process.  The Board presentation and full Master Plan can be found at the links below.
