JCPRD's Children Service's2nd Annual Cars in the Park Show
Shine up your vintage or contemporary car, truck, hot rod, or motorcycle because it is time to show them off at JCPRD's Cars in the Park Show held at The Theatre in the Park! This is an all age’s event with live music and dance. There will be plenty of concessions not to mention amazing door prizes and the 50/50 pot. Please join us at Cars in the Park for what is destined to become a new summer tradition for the fun loving folks throughout the region! This is a rain or shine event!

Post Event: Park Cruise
Following the awards ceremony, at 2:00 pm, we will conclude the show by taking a park cruise through beautiful Shawnee Mission Park.

Benefiting Special Olympics & Special Populations
JCPRD's Children Services Division provides all proceeds to benefit the JCPRD Special Olympics & Special Populations department.

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration will be accepted up to July 30th at the cost of $20.00 per vehicle. After the July 30th pre-registration date deadline, registration will be set at $25.00 per vehicle and will be accepted up to and on the day of the show. All car show/model car participants must be registered and on-site by 12:00 pm to be judged.

Awards Presentation
Awards will be presented promptly at 3:00 pm
