The Elmridge Room at Tomahawk Hills Golf Course
The Elmridge Room in the new Tomahawk Hills Golf Course Clubhouse is the perfect place to hold your next meeting, reception or party. The 34’ x 47’ room seats up to 120 with ease. It includes 15 round tables, seating for 8 at each table, and it includes a 43’ x 11’ dance floor, which can accommodate 4 more tables, seating 32 additional if necessary.

The Elmridge amenities also include a catering bar and kitchenette with a microwave oven, sink and refrigerator.

Station Cafe
During your event and during hours in which the golf course is not in operation, the clubhouse's 32’ x 23’ Station Cafe is also available for additional event seating. It includes 10 square tables seating 4 each.

The Patio
There is a beautiful 2,670’ outdoor patio, with a breath-taking view of the golf course, that adjoins both the Elmridge Room and the Station Cafe. It includes tables and seating for 24 guests and there is plenty of room for you to add your own tables and chairs for additional seating. The patio is available for event use during non-golfing hours.

Reservation and Contact Information

Pricing

Golf Tournament or Outing	$200
Fee waived if over 100 in attendance.

Elmridge Room Rental Deposit	$250
Nonrefundable payment due at time of application may be applied toward total rental fee.

Facility Security Deposit	$500
Refunded if no damage sustained to room or premises and room returned to its original condition.

Non-Golf Related Room Rental Fee	$200 per hr/2 hr min $850 per day

JCPRD Staff Fee (if required)	$25 per hr/3 hr min $850 per day

Station Cafe Room Rental Fee	$100 per hr/2 hr min

Additional Information
Alcohol, if requested, is allowed to be brought on site at no additional charge with the approval of a Temporary Alcohol Beverage Permit.

Amplified Sound may also be requested, but may be limited at times so as not to interfere with normal golf operations.

Birdseed and rice are prohibited inside the clubhouse. Rice is also prohibited on the grounds of the clubhouse and on the golf course because of its potential harm to wildlife.

For safety reasons, non-golfers and unauthorized individuals are not allowed on the golf course. This includes wedding parties wishing to take pictures.
