The JCPRD Athletic Training Center combines a friendly neighborhood atmosphere with state-of-the-art equipment that serves the health and fitness needs of our patrons. Our classes and programs offer increased vitality of fitness and health. Our daily offerings of aerobic and specialty classes keep you enthusiastically active and energized. Our facility has a large fully-equipped weight room featuring circuit weight and free weight equipment. Our cardiovascular room features treadmills, bicycles, stair climbers, elliptical machines and a multi-screen cardio theatre. Other features include racquetball/wallyball courts and newly constructed wet/dry saunas in each of the locker rooms.

JCPRD Gymnastics Center at the Athletic Training Center
Located within the Athletic Training Center, the Gymnastics Center is a 6,000-foot facility incorporating the latest in gymnastic teaching techniques and apparatus. Programming includes class instruction for preschool age children 17 months to 5 years and school age children from 6 to 18 years. Classes are designed for both boys and girls of all ability levels from beginning through advanced.

Along with instructional classes, JCPRD has a competitive girl’s team that trains and competes under the rules and regulations of the Junior Olympic Program set forth by the USA-Gymnastics. Other Gymnastics Center offerings include: private and semi-private instruction, birthday parties in the gymnastics area and introductory cheerleading for grades kindergarten through third. Membership Options: Reasonable, Competitive and Flexible
With no long term contracts and no hidden fees, the Athletic Training Center individual membership is a competitive $39 a month (three-month minimum purchase) with couples for $59 a month and a family memberships at $79 a month - with a one-time administrative fee of only $25. Yearly memberships include 2 FREE months of membership.

Class Only Opportunities (for non-members)
The Class Only Opportunities allows participants to sign up for any aerobic or specialty class the Athletic Training Center offers without having to join.

Punch Cards (for non-members)
Punch Cards are available for non-Athletic Training Center members for workouts, cardio classes or racquetball play.

Drop In Usage (for non-members)
Drop In Usage allows non-members to drop in and use the cardio machines, weights, wallyball courts and utilize aerobic classes for only $6 per visit; $8 for use of the racquetball courts.
