Johnson County Park and Recreation District's Nature
and Outdoor programs at the Ernie
Miller Nature Center and the TimberRidge
Adventure Center, provide a wide variety of environmental and historical
events for kids and adults alike. In addition to the nature and outdoor
recreation atmosphere experience, our programs foster curiosity and
an appreciation for nature, history and outdoor adventure. |
JCPRD's programs include: preschool programs, summer
camps, school field trips, sail boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing,
archery, wildlife presentations, horseback riding, hayrides, challenge
course, birding trips, special events and much more. |
